The DISC Mode is widely used in personality tests, and commonly adopted by companies to help staff members understand themselves, so that they are able to improve their behaviour, interpersonal relationships, work performance, leadership style etc. Thus, this module will use DISC tool to help you understand yourself, and to design the communication method that best suits you.
